Appreciating the stylish interior design of the executive twin room, as well as the convenience of amenities like a refrigerator, air conditioning, and personal safe, plus being located right next to the train station makes this place an ideal choice for the stay.

The staff was polite, breakfast rich, bed cozy.

At the moment I was checking out, I paid in cash 50 euros per room and additional 14 eur for breakfast for two persons. Little bit later I got sms from my Bank and I found that Hotel already charged me 50 eur. It means I paid twice! Now I am waiting for a answer from Hotel`s Management.

Exceptionally nice staff, immaculately clean and updatedroom with the bedroom, the minibar plus a proper bed. A wide array of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Excellent, good location short walk to Entrecampos Train station.

In my room, there was a fridge, AC, and a personal safe - super handy! the location was awesome, being so close to both the airport and the bus terminal 🚗🚌.

The hotel has friendly staff, speaking English. Also the availability of a small swimming pool was comfortable after long conference days.

The hotel does not give a lot of information, unless you ask it. You have to pay for internet.

although quite a long way out of the city, Metro stops were nearby and it's v easy to use, it was worth it for the swimming pool, a lovely way to relax after a hard day's sightseeing

the restaurant didn't inspire!! although next door at the VIP Grand it's a whole different story, yummy and amazing service!!

The location of this place is fantastic, being very close to a tube station.

Close to the hotel there was a subway station. The executive single room I got was included with the bedroom, the minibar, for example.

Close to ENtrecampos train & metro station, and 1st bus stop from airport. Reasonbly priced self-service restaurant and food is ok. I think I got a very good price through Booked.net, half normal rate

The rooms have been recently renovated, there are some issues with the air conditioning in the bathroom, yet the breakfast options are great, the location is superb, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Rather good hotel for the rate that was paid by us. The only significant deffect is the very high rate for Internet (euros 10 for a day) and the impossibility to have it for one hour.

One-hour Internet is desirable.

Great staff and location.

Nice hotel but the two tiny elevators (4 people comfortably or two people with luggage fill them up) are completely inadequate for a hotel this size, especially when a large bus full of tourists arrives. We had many long waits and often gave up and had to use the stairs (six flights.)
